The panel discussion took place on May 28 in English with the participation of experts with different perspectives on communities and crisis preparedness Maria Derlõs (City of Tallinn), Dr. Mariia Tyschenko (NGO Poruch, Ukraine), Dr. Kadi Luht-Kallas (Estonian Ministry of Interior) and Hannes Nagel (Crisis Research Centre).
