KRUK in the media: Whose is the higher education crisis?

In recent weeks, we have heard a lot about the crisis in the financing of higher education, which has been brought back to the agenda by universities. The fact that only academic staff talk about the latter, and worse, students are largely silent, and employers do not tend to speak out, is why this crisis may not come to the desired solution. So it’s worth asking – whose crisis is this? Is the state as a subscriber, a student as a client, or a university as a service provider in today’s neoliberal service society?
