Crisis Research Centre turned 2!
Today we are having cake whilst celebrating our 2nd birthday! 
What about the Crisis Research Centre birthday resolutions?
- we promise to notice what could be better in crisis management and civil defence … and also, what has been done well!
- develop the domains of civil defense and crisis management in projects;
- pull civil defense in Estonia out of comfort zone;
- … and do so mainly via promoting public debate;
